Cute
This is a cute tutu but the size runs big. My daughter is 12 months old, and although she is a little petite - the size 12-18 months was just huge. I think it would fit a 2-3 year old better.

If you have the time, you can have a tutu hand made from places like [...],(i also got one there which is gorgeous) but if you need a ready-made one, this is a good option!
